Reducing poultry feed costs with enzymes

Poultry feeding programs often use multiple types of enzymes, either individually or in combination. Each enzyme has a specific role in feed digestion. We can use enzymes to reduce poultry feed costs, including the use of amylase, protease, cellulase, and phytase.

Establishing a net energy system for poultry

Understanding and mastering the nutritional value of feed ingredients, and the rational formulation of livestock and poultry rations is the key to giving full play to livestock and poultry production performance and controlling feed costs. Broiler We have developed prediction equations for the metabolizable energy of maize, wheat, barley, and broiler chickens, comparing the metabolizable energy of maize by in vivo and in vitro methods, and comparing the metabolizable energy values of maize in different broiler breeds.
Waterfowl We can use the bionic digestion system to estimate the metabolizable energy of feed ingredients for meat ducks, as well as the digestible amino acids and metabolizable energy of rapeseed meal, corn processing by-products, and wheat.

By analyzing the whole data of feed ingredients based on the principles of safety and legality, nutritional balance, physiological adaptability and economy, high quality of livestock and poultry products, and environmental protection, we can fully exploit the potential nutritional value of feeds and thus make precise nutritional formulations for animals possible.   • Determine precise nutritional standards. Different animals have different priorities for nutrient needs, we will focus on the screening of feed nutrition level indicators according to your needs.
  • Selecting the best feed ingredients. Different animals and different growth stages of animals will be considered.
  • Precise nutrient values of raw materials. The content of each nutrient of the selected raw material will be determined by consulting the latest table of nutritional values of feed ingredients. Based on this, we also consider how to rate the feed nutrients and take the values that best meet the requirements of precise nutritional formulations.
  • Select the appropriate formula calculation method. We commonly use traditional manual algorithms and modern computer-operated algorithms.
