Glutathione (GSH) is an important physiologically active peptide with a variety of important physiological functions in living organisms. In particular, it plays a key role in maintaining a suitable redox environment in living organisms. Lifeasible uses physical or chemical methods to mutate the original strain, which is then screened and cultured in a specific medium. GSH is accumulated in large quantities in the cells of this mutated strain to achieve high GSH production.
