  • Chitin is widely found in the shells of crustaceans, insect carapace, and the cell walls of fungi, and has broad application prospects in the feed production industry. Feeding fish with feeds supplemented with chitinase can effectively improve feed utilization, significantly reduce fish stress, be safe and non-stimulating to fish, significantly improve the anti-inflammatory and anti-infection ability of fish, and significantly increase the immune protection rate of fish against pathogenic bacteria.
