Description:	Glucoamylase is a β-glucanase preparation obtained by fermentation of a high yielding microbial strain of β-glucanase. The preparation is used in brewing, juice extraction, wine clarification and animal feed industry. High-quality β-1,3-1,4-glucanase hydrolyzes glucans in feed for poultry and pigs containing large amounts of other grains such as barley, wheat, rye and others. It can also be applied in the brewing industry for hydrolysis of glucans affecting wort clarification and beer filtration.

Features:	Glucanase has an optimal pH range of 4.0-5.0 and a temperature range of 30-60°C (86-140°F).
Usage:	For feed additives, add 0.05-0.1% glucanase.
